Meat = baked chicken, beef tips or baked fish

Rice = Rice pilaf or dirty rice**

*If not using servers, chocolate fountain requires $200 deposit (refundable upon return within one week of event and in working order)

All items above are prepared according to number of guests being served.   Menu items may vary.  If your favorite dish is not listed, please ask us, we will be delighted to adjust to satisfy your taste. 

Additional charges: 
Servers: Minimum 3 hours & 2 servers = $150.00 (additional servers $50 each per 3 hours)
Clean up fee: $75.00
Set up only (no servers provided; no clean up) (all trays, etc. used are disposable): $75 
½ due at the time date is reserved and the remainder is due no later than two weeks prior to event date
